Hello, my name is Dr. Szerenke Kovacs—though most people call me Szeri. I am a HCPC-registered and BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist, as well as a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher and Supervisor (Register of the Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors), EMDR Therapist and Self-Development Course Creator. I also offer workshops on Resilience Building and Stress Management and provide specialist ADHD assessments. I offer individual therapy to adults and young people aged 16+ (with some flexibility for younger clients under special circumstances).
