The Mindfulness Now programme is an 8-week, evidence-based course that integrates elements from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Designed to combat stress, anxiety, and recurring depression, this unique mind-body approach includes:
- Individual Assessment: Each participant receives a detailed, one-on-one assessment to tailor the programme to their needs.
- Group Sessions: Weekly 2-hour mindfulness sessions for up to 20 participants.
- Ongoing Support: Participants will have access to audio recordings for practice between sessions.
- The Gift Day: A day-long mindfulness retreat that takes place in the 6th or 7th week of the course, offering participants a deeper immersion in mindfulness. This day includes group meditations, gentle movement, discussions, walking outdoors (weather permitting), and shared meals. The retreat offers participants time for rest, reflection, and connection in silence, strengthening interpersonal relationships and team dynamics.
- 8-week programme: £250 per employee
- The Gift Day: £1,200 (this price applies if your organisation can provide a venue; otherwise, venue costs may apply)
