- Individual Assessment: Every participant receives a detailed, personalised assessment through an informal phone discussion to match your specific needs with what the programme offers. This is an obligation-free consultation.
- Group Mindfulness Sessions: Weekly group sessions (up to 15 participants), lasting up to 2 hours each. These sessions provide direct instruction in mindfulness practices.
- 8 Weeks of Teaching & Support: A structured 8-week course designed to guide you through the foundational mindfulness practices.
- Audio Recordings: Participants will have access to dedicated audio recordings for practice between sessions, allowing you to deepen your mindfulness skills.
- Ongoing Support: Direct access to the trainer for support throughout the course, ensuring you have the guidance you need at every stage.
